I’m Dan Pergolski, founder of Apex Appraisal Services, LLC. After working in the appraisal industry for more than 12 years, I launched my own business in 2008 and specialize in serving clients in Rock and Green Counties. I’m passionate about real estate — which is why I learn as much as possible about the industry. I’ve developed in-depth expertise in several areas:

• In 2004, I passed the Wisconsin State and National Exams for Certified Residential Appraiser.
• In 2005, I was approved by HUD to grant FHA/FVA loans.
• In 2007, I completed Rental Weatherization Inspector Certification — allowing me to inspect rental units to comply with weatherization codes.
• In 2008, I became a licensed Wisconsin real estate salesperson.

I maintain my skills with continuing education classes — usually completing more courses than required for recertification.
